Paul Zeller

Retired. Paul brings significant experience and leadership in global finance and public accounting. Paul’s most recent position was the Chief Financial Officer at Natureworks and has held various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Imation Corp. Zeller began his business career at the public accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand in 1982, passing the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) exam in 1983.

Zeller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota, where he graduated with honors.

Teresa Delgado

Teresa Delgado

Social Worker and Teacher at Eastern Carver County Schools. Teresa provides the voice of the community ensuring all programs and approaches are consistent with the people we serve. Teresa grew up in México and has lived in Minnesota for the last 30 years. Teresa received her Bachelor’s Degree in K-12 Spanish Education from Minnesota State University. When not teaching, Teresa enjoys spending time with her husband, Gonzalo and her 2 boys Tony and Gus.

George Singer

George H. Singer

Partner, Ballard and Spahr. George provides corporate and financial services to companies and institutions in a broad range of situations, including legal services relating to debt and equity transactions, restructuring matters, capital recovery and bankruptcy issues.

He is a personally committed advisor to his clients and strives to achieve tailored and results-oriented solutions to complicated problems. George negotiates senior and subordinated financing arrangements and has experience with structuring credit facilities, perfecting finance documentation, and closing secured and lease finance transactions.

George regularly represents lenders, lessors, funds, committees, business debtors, guarantors, and creditors in financial workouts, restructurings, distressed- sale transactions, intercreditor disputes, lender liability claims, successor liability issues, and preferential and fraudulent transfer litigation.

Maud Duggan

Maud Duggan is a principle at Union Place Home Systems & Interior Design, a third-generation family business located in downtown Excelsior, Minnesota that’s known for its award-winning integration of technology and design.

For over 25 years, Maud has provided innovative interior design solutions for clients with home projects large and small, always bringing them the best quality and value. Among other things, Maud manages Union Place’s in-house manufacturing facility that produces high-end, customized furnishings, window treatments, and more.

A Rotarian with a strong focus on volunteerism and community, Maud is also involved in the Excelsior-Lake Minnetonka Chamber of Commerce and many local events. She enjoys cooking and cocktails, yoga and cycling, and boating on Lake Minnetonka with her family in the summer.

Sri Latha Ganti

Sri latha Ganti

Owner, Mathnasium. Sri has graduated from University of Minnesota graduate with a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Sri owns and operates four Mathnasium centers. Prior to that, Sri worked with several multinational, and startup’s in various capacities. Sri enjoys working with students of all grades and believes that doing math improves general problem solving and analytical skills and builds student’s confidence.

Sri likes to volunteer her time in the school district, mentoring emerging leaders and future entrepreneurs through programs like DECA.

Greg pavett

Board Chair, Founder and Executive Director. Greg is the Founder and Executive Director of The Humanity Alliance. A 501 (c)(3) based in Victoria Minnesota. Greg is committed to launching and scaling disruptive innovations that address unmet needs in our community. Greg has spent over 18 years launching and scaling new innovations in the for-profit arena.

Since 2018, Greg has applied his expertise to the non-profit space, moving at a pace commensurate with the need, and focused on unraveling the inequities that keep our communities from thriving. Greg holds a BS in Communications from Bradley University.Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
